Artist Biography
Hailed by Billboard Magazine as one of the “Five Leading Ladies of Children’s Music” Lisa Monet inspires both children and adults with traditional and original songs brimming with enthusiasm for life and friendship. Her style reflects an extensive performance career: classical, folk, rock, and Latin ensembles, from university halls in Spain to the Troubador in Los Angeles, and shared billing with Norton Buffalo, Ella Jenkins, James Cotton, Michael Franti, and many others. A native Californian and multi-credentialed teacher, she has lived, studied and performed in Argentina, Spain, and Mexico.
A best-selling artist with Music for Little People for twenty years, Monet and St. Charles are now with the independent label Circle Sound Productions.
